Farm and equestrian site work rarely happens in isolation. An arena affects drainage. A barn site affects access. Roads, paddocks, ponds, utilities and future improvements all have to work within the same property.
J Wells approaches these projects with the entire site in mind. Grading, drainage and access are planned around how equipment, vehicles, horses and people will actually move through the property—not simply around completing one isolated piece of earthwork.
From developing new areas to correcting problems on established farms, the goal is practical: build grades and improvements that work with the property today while accounting for how it may be used tomorrow.
More Than Arena Grading
Equestrian properties require much of the same site-development work as larger residential and commercial sites—but with the added demands of livestock, trailers, farm equipment and year-round property access.
J Wells handles the earthwork that supports the entire operation: arena construction and reconditioning, barn and building sites, paddocks, farm roads and entrances, drainage improvements, ponds, utility access, erosion repair, land clearing, and larger grading projects throughout the property.
That work may mean precision grading a riding surface one day and moving substantial quantities of material, rebuilding drainage, or preparing access for heavy trucks the next. The equipment and approach are matched to what the property actually requires.
